Clive Kennedy would like to extend a welcome to North Western Australia and the town of Broome and Derby.
With over thirty five years experience of building in the NSW areas of the Central Coast, Newcastle, The Hunter Valley and Sydney - Clive Kennedy would like an opportunity to present some new ideas, new concepts, great energy efficient home designs and strong customer service to the people of the northwest to give them more choices in the houses they live in.
We have Jamie Harris of Harris Building Services who we work with and who, in collaboration with Clive, has already started to design homes for both Broome and Derby featuring two separate internal living areas flowing on to:
Good sized outdoor under cover living areas
Front porches with private entry areas
Ensuite and main bathroom
Large walk in wardrobes
Large kitchen with 900mm stainless steel free standing gourmet ovens
Separation of living areas to bedroom areas
Some designs meet GROH Leasing Requirements if needed and a quality finish at all times is produced.
We also work with you to custom design your very own home. The word custom to us does not mean doubling the price, it means that the customer who has looked around and cannot find a standard house plan and needs something more can come to us and we can work with you and our designer to deliver the right design at the right price.
Many new external finishes are being released and can be used in the northwest to individualise your home.
We can do facades other than as shown on our standard design which are being presented as standard colourbond walls and roofing on our web page.
We are more than happy to change the look or the design to suit you.
