Clive Kennedy Homes is a family run building firm. We have been designing and building individual homes on the Central Coast, Newcastle and the Hunter Valley for over 26 years, and take pride in what we build and the personal service we provide.
Being a building firm, we will build on sloping sites, irregular shaped blocks, battle-axes, waterfronts, flood prone areas, and bearers and joists construction. This aspect differs from many of our competitors. Your plans or ours, we can build to your preferred level of finish.
Individual Homes
We at Clive Kennedy Homes are definitely not a project home firm. If you look through our gallery at the houses we have built you will notice that they are all differently built to suit your family needs, the land that you own, the energy efficiency requirements and your budget.
Service
We can design from the ground up, we can utilize your own sketches and design from there, or we can quote from your own plans, any size or shape. Being a smaller firm we can't hide behind a large corporate structure, the people you talk to are the ones who make the decisions, speak direct to the builder.
