Clive Kennedy Homes will work with you closely. From the initial site meeting with Clive, right through the design stages, the approval and the compliance stages, the building construction and then to the final handover time.

Clive Kennedy Homes will keep you informed on the progress of your new home and will arrange for you to have periodic inspections with us and will endeavour to keep your home flowing as smoothly as possible. There will be down times, as we only use the finest tradesman and sometimes we may have to wait for them, but experience has taught us that it is worth the wait.

Clive Kennedy Homes have a very clear and precise inclusions list, so there are no grey areas for dispute. This Inclusions list will be explained clearly to you prior to contract signing. Excavation and piering is on a cost plus basis with us supplying all invoices to show you what you have payed for, we have nothing to hide. We use only good quality materials, tradesman and PC items which are on view at our display home. Clive Kennedy Homes will do our best to make this as stress free and enjoyable as we possibly can.

Clive Kennedy Homes have always treated our suppliers well, we always pay our accounts on time and in return expect prompt service, best prices and good quality. We have one of the highest credit ratings with all of our suppliers, as we pride ourselves on managing and running our business professionally and soundly.

To Our Contractors

Clive Kennedy Homes expect a very good job from their sub-contractors and contractors and will not settle for poor workmanship, we pay them more than other firms and expect them to turn up on time, conduct themselves properly on site, especially with neighbours on all sides as with most knockdowns and rebuilds if you get the neighbours off-side this can last long after we leave, do a neat and tidy job and work in with other trades. Most of our trades have been with us for years as we look after them and they do the same for us.

We at Clive Kennedy Homes look after our employees well, as any business that doesn't won't be around for long. We have been here for a long time and intend to stay around for a long time and doing the right thing is foremost in how we run our business and how we relate to the people we come in contact with and employ.
