About Us
I am Clive Kennedy and I am the builder. My role is to meet with all Clients on site and discuss with them their individual requirements, and then work with our Designer to make them a reality. Once plans are finalised, I deal with the relevant Government Agencies and oversee all aspects of Construction.
Donna Kennedy is my wife and Contracts Manager. Donna handles all contractual matters including Building Contracts, Deposits, Progress Payments, Variations and Insurances. Donna also deals with the Lending Authorities to ensure a smooth progression of construction.
Lorraine Kennedy is my sister and Office Manager. Lorraine handles all Office enquiries and the day to day operation of our Construction Office.
Clive Kennedy Homes will work with you closely. From the initial site meeting with Clive, right through the design stages, the approval and the compliance stages, the building construction and then to the final handover time.
